The Plantronics 6 Pin Y-Adapter Trainer Cord, model 79694-11 / 85S09AA, is designed as a training Y-Connector. It enables the connection of two headsets to one headset adapter, which is ideal for trainers and supervisors to oversee agent calls. The Quick Disconnect feature can be attached to two Plantronics headsets, including the H-series, P-Series, or Plantronics Cisco Headsets. While both headsets can receive audio, only one headset will have an active microphone. This adapter is compatible with the EncorePro 500/700 Digital Series Headsets.
