Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer applies to all items available for purchase on our website, excluding heavy goods such as server racks, data cabinets, UPS, and cable boxes ("Excluded Items").
2. Shipping Fee: A flat shipping rate of $15 including GST ("Flat Rate") applies to all eligible items for shipping within Australia. This Flat Rate is applicable per order, regardless of the number of items, provided the total weight of the order does not exceed 20 kilograms (kg).
3. Weight Limitation: The total weight of the order, excluding Excluded Items, must not exceed 20kg. If the total order weight exceeds this limit, the order will be subject to additional shipping charges, calculated based on the total weight and destination of the order.
4. Excluded Items: Heavy goods, including but not limited to server racks, data cabinets, UPS, and cable boxes, are excluded from this offer. Shipping fees for Excluded Items will be calculated separately based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the shipping destination.
5. Order Processing: All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary and are not included in the estimated delivery times.
6. Returns and Exchanges: Our standard return and exchange policies apply to all orders. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.
7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions applicable to your order will be those in effect at the time of your order.
